Wholly owned by a group of private shareholders, the company was founded in September 2007 by entrepreneur Glenn Lacey, who started his research into the emerging fields of Voice Biometrics and Artificial Intelligence long before Digital Signal Processors, SIM Cards and Microchips became common place.
